Who we help

Built for brands in the messy middle.

Big enough that ad-hoc ops doesn't scale. Not yet big enough to justify a 10-person ops team. We close the gap with an operating partner you can trust and a set of playbooks you keep.

Fit profile

A few numbers that help you self-select.

We're intentionally narrow. That's how we stay useful.

$2M–$50M Annual revenue

Sweet spot. Outside? Talk to us — honest answer.

200–5000 Orders per week

Where ad-hoc ops breaks and SOPs start mattering.

2–15 Internal team size

Founder-led to post-seed. We fit both.

US Primary market

Strong in US + cross-border. EU/UK with a partner network.

Verticals we know

Categories with operational fingerprints.

Not because we only work here — because these have category-specific mechanics worth calling out.

Vertical 01

Apparel & accessories

Sizing-driven returns, drop cadences, holiday concentration, and influencer spikes. We build return flows that preserve LTV and inventory plans that survive a drop-day traffic multiple.

  • Size-exchange flows
  • Drop-day war room
  • Seasonal capacity planning
  • Influencer-seeded order tracking
Vertical 02

Beauty & personal care

Subscription logic, batch lot tracking, regulatory copy hygiene. Refills are a product — we operationalize them so churn doesn't hide in a broken renewal flow.

  • Recharge / Loop / Skio workflows
  • Batch + expiry tracking
  • Compliance-aware claims review
  • Sampling & seeding programs
Vertical 03

Health & supplements

CPG compliance, auto-ship care, FDA-adjacent content review. The things you skip because they're boring are the things that take down brands when they're ignored.

  • Structure/function claim hygiene
  • Auto-ship cohort analysis
  • Adverse event escalation
  • Lot-level traceability
Vertical 04

Home & lifestyle

Oversize carriers, LTL freight exceptions, assembly-support workflows. Big boxes break differently than small ones — the ops stack has to match.

  • LTL/white-glove partner oversight
  • Post-purchase assembly help
  • Damaged-in-transit claim loops
  • Oversize carrier escalation
Vertical 05

Consumer electronics

Warranty desks, RMA cycles, firmware & tier-2 escalation triage. A support queue that can't triage hardware issues will tank NPS within a quarter.

  • Tiered support + tier-2 routing
  • Warranty & RMA workflows
  • Firmware / app escalation bridge
  • Unboxing-issue photo triage
Vertical 06

Food, beverage & specialty

Perishable SLAs, cold-chain, tax/permit patchwork across states. When a product has a shelf life, every exception has a deadline.

  • Cold-chain 3PL oversight
  • State-by-state permit tracking
  • Spoilage/damage reimbursement
  • Subscription date-shift management

Not a fit

Who we're honestly not built for.

Saying no loudly is a feature.

Pre-launch or pre-revenue

Operating maturity requires operating volume. If you're not yet shipping real orders, you don't need us — you need to get the product into customers' hands first.

Marketplaces & platforms

We run back-office ops for single-brand DTC. If you're running a marketplace, aggregator, or multi-seller platform, you need a different kind of operations team.

Primarily retail/wholesale

Our playbooks are written for DTC economics. If >60% of your revenue is wholesale or retail, you'll want a partner who lives in that world.

Need cheap, not good

We're not the lowest bid. We're the one you call when the lowest bid didn't work. If unit cost is your only dimension, we're not going to argue — just be honest about that upfront.

If your brand fits the shape above, the intake call is the fastest way to find out if we fit each other.
